For the past year, incoming text messages have displayed correctly. But in the last week, they have become random. For some reason Sync thinks all the text messages in my history were sent on 1/1/1660 ... I'm pretty sure that's wrong. It also means incoming texts don't display when received. The time and date on my phone and on my Sync appear correct. What could have happened that is corrupting the date/time stamp on SMS?
A lot of these sort of errors can be resolved by removing the phone battery for a minute, clearing out your Bluetooth device histories on the phone/SYNC, then pairing them back up. If that doesn't clear up the issue, a master reset may become necessary.
