Sync 4 Version Numbers

I have a '23 with 15" screen (Sync 4a). My version says:

SYNC 4 Software Version: 22277_PRODUCT
Revision 588

As I look through the forum people are discussing not getting their version update from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4 or something similar. I do not have a version number that is in the form X.X.X. Is mine behind in updates? I have it connected to Wi-Fi in my driveway and I have turned on automatic updates for every night of the week, but nothing. Even if I try to manual updates it just I'm at the current version.

Thoughts?

I believe that's because you are looking at discussions on 2021 and older vehicles that had Sync 3.x

I'm not sure that is entirely true. For example, look at the thread titled:

Sync 4 Software Not Updating​

The OP states he has a '22 with 15" screen and his is stuck at 3.5.2.

One correction, I have a '23, not a '22. I just edited my orginal post. But even '22 is Sync 4 or 4a.

There are two different values. The about page shows something different but when I go into the update settings I see the 3.5.4.

Interesting. When I got to look at update detail is shows this. I have to imagine it hasn't had an update?

But... I notice that my Wi-Fi is not connected up top. Why when I turn off my car does it disconnect the Wi-Fi? Even when I connect it again, wait a few min and turn it off, and then back on it's not reconnecting (or staying connected)? How is it supposed to download an update when it's sitting in the garage with the car off if it's not connected when I start it up to the Wi-Fi?

Not sure on the WiFi issue but I did click on Update Details to see the screenshot I posted.

clicking on update details on mine just either expands the box to show the update to date status or closes it up. It's evident that it hasn't had an update.

Try connecting it to your phone hotspot just to test WiFi.
