I still have not gotten a Synch 4a update on the 2023 we bought last June. Due to rotator cuff surgery i have not been in a postition to do much for the about six weeks, but can now contact my dealer to take it on and see if they can force a download.

picked mine up in nov 23. its a 23 limited stealth. just started getting updates a few weeks ago. on the 11th I received 4.2.2.2

We just got an update this week to 5.1.1 for our '23 King Ranch we bought last August. Definitely a big change compared to the version that came with the vehicle.
Yeah I like the new software (5.1.1). Glad to see the volume knob used for more than volume. It is much easier to control climate and seat heat/cooling functions than the old sliders. The graphics around the knob are a nice touch too. I also really like the Android auto split screen function. I have both a usable map and a full function Pandora or second app window at the same time.
What other changes have you noticed? The release notice doesn't say much.

Bigger numbers (easier to read), and having the camera button at the top makes it a lot quicker to get into camera view. I thought this might be the update that keeps the gauges as you set them, but my gauges reverted back to the defaults after restarting the vehicle. Maybe that's in a newer update?

I didn't notice an update and nothing shows in the update menu, but... Today I noticed that half of the display functions in the driver cluster are missing, no turbo gauge, no trailer lights indicator, no power distribution, oil life, no off-road screen. Anyone else notice after a recent update?

How do I get these updates? It is set to Auto Update and router is paired. Is it a lottery system to get the updates? Do I do an update dance ceremony around the vehicle while around the router? Do I say a prayer? Maybe a chant I am missing? What is it I am missing??
24 = 2024 and 145 = the 145th day of the year. So this is recent and most likely the most recent Sync version available for these trucks. F150's just got a new OTA released that brings their Sync version up to 24147. It was OTA 10.1.0 for us.

Until 9/12 we were in the same boat, WiFi and Auto Updates configured, for almost 50 weeks. Then, surprise. Didn’t think of an update dance but considered sacrificing a chicken. I assume there is some method to their madness, but I can’t figure it out.
