The larger of the two 3rd row seats suddenly quit working...no hum or noise comes from motor when button pushed. Cannot manually raise or at least a I don't know how to do it....the other one works fine. HELP !!@

Perhaps an obstruction caused a fuse to blow? It's never happened to me, but I suggest checking the fuses.
Had a similar situation on the smaller side. Turned out a hot wheels car had fallen down into the works and was jamming things up. Dug it out and all was well.
In your case though if you aren't getting anything I'd check fuses for sure.
