I wish my a pillar had a grab handle like my f150 did on the drivers side.

yours doesnt? mine does on my 01. you should look behind the pillar and see if there are some threads for some bolts. then you could just dremel out your current pillar (or buy one from an 01) and put a handle in there.

im with you johnny. mine dosent. i should look too. i want some when im in the desert. i like to drive 1 handed and grab something with the other. door handle isnt so comfy going threw the whoops at 40.

that is sick, and lifted trucks rule, like my freind walnut my wife is also short, but has no problems getting into expedition or jeep, if you aint lifted you are wishing you were, lol, i thought the slammed thing was for the imports with bad taste, and the want to be trucks my bad

Not going to find any. You will have to drill them yourself. Go to the dealer and the parts guy should be able to pull you up a pic of the 01 and the list of parts you need to put the handle in there. I've done it twice now in the Expy and my last F150.

Well, in keeping with the sub-subject of the thread, my wife is 4'11" and swears that I am not lifting the Expy at all...

As soon as I pick up something else to tow the horse trailer, I'm thinking a 3/2 and some 33's, lol. If I do it all at the same time, I am pretty sure I can pass it off as, "Honey, I just got new tires on it. I'm not sure why you think it is higher..."

Well my wife is 5'4 as well, must be something in the water..... Not of fan of that X in the original post.
