I see this brought up on occasion. I can understand how a throttle body spacer might help a carbureted or throttle body injected system. What can they offer the multi-port fuel injection??

how much is a GOOD throttle body for my truck...4.6? i wouldnt mind get a more effencent and powerful one to bolt on....

they give you a little better throttle response but nothing crazy... the one I got came from ebay and i paid like 35 bucks....
