I just pulled the plugs and all on the drivers side are dry all on passenger side are wet. Just bought this a week ago and runs crappy. Was told it might have jumped time by the previous owner. Anyone have any thought on what it could be before I tear into it.

The previous owner said he had changed the chains and guides a few months ago and it was running fine then a couple weeks before I bought it it started running really rough.

If they were changed, they might've used aftermarket phasers, or not replaced the phasers at all. Take the valve cover off the side that's wet and inspect that phaser and it's alignment markings closely.

I’m almost positive the phasers weren’t changed. Is it possible it jumped a tooth on the passenger side timing chain?

Well that would cause quite the misfire and it wouldn’t be running good. I’d try to figure that one out first. If it’s the common leaky T-fitting you could also have bad coils too now.
