Been troubleshooting my blower motor problem for a while now and have narrowed it to too many volts going to the blower motor. With the engine running there are 14.6v going to the blower motor on High which causes it to cut out. With the engine off it only gets 13.1V on high...

What is causing the 1.5v increase when the engine is running as opposed to it being off? Voltage Reg??? PCM/BCM? Any ideas?????

Normal charging voltage will be between 13.5-14.5 volts. You do not have an over voltage issue.

When the battery has just been charged it will read more than the normal 12.6 volts. This is referred to as the surface charge. You are reading that.

Your 1.5v increase is the alternator charging the battery.

So your problem is the blower motor cuts out on high. Is it blowing the fuse? If not then have a look at the blower motor control. Many have had issues with it going south.

It works perfect when the engine isint running, when in high it bypasses the BMC (already replaced, was my first thought) and pulls straight from the relay. No blown fuses, relays are good.
