I am doing a tranny rebuild and need to drop cross members which the torsion bars run thru. I have used the super special tool and removed all pressure and the lower control arm ends will not budge. Sprayed with PB Blaster and tried to get them to even move a hair to the rear with pin and hammer just to break them a bit for they must come out towards the front. Anyone ??

Yep. They suck.

Can you get the key off the backside? If you can, then you can pull the lower control arm off with them still installed in the arm.

Otherwise you can drop the crossmember along with the lower control arms at the same time.

Or a bunch of “heat and beat” and MAYBE they’ll break free.
