In the process of installing my lift/leveling torsion keys. On the drivers side I have the bolt out the keeper out and the key unloaded, but I can't get the key out. The fuel tank is a little to close to really get an air hammer in there. Any other suggestions?

A good pair of big compression pliers on the torshion bar close to the end by the torsion key or in the opposite side what works best. Put wd-40 in both ends where it slides. Then get a hammer and hit your pliers close to the jaw of the pliers. Make shore your pliers are tight.that's how I took that side off

Been soaking it with pb blaster for 3 days. Used a torch to heat of the key and put an air hammer through the key hole best I could but the angle sucks.

I like the way this guy thinks!! My idea was using a wrench but it equates to the same thing. All about evenly distributing the force.
