Is there any required break in period from brand new to when you can start towing? My 2019 limited will be here in less than 4 weeks

Personally I would wait to about 2k. You want everything to be broken in well. If you drive a new vehicle to about 2.5k and you have no problems, chances are high that you have a well built vehicle and probably won’t have problems until well later in its life. Let us know when you get the Expy and how you like it!!!

This is extremely pertinent, imo, considering it is very early into a "completely new" generation.

Comparison.. I live in a split household, one Tahoe and one expedition. Both 2018, the Tahoe has 4by4 and the 5.7 engine. The ford 2 x4 and 375 hrs power. We went from Tampa to bham pulling the same size trailers loaded the same. The expedition used from a 1/2 to one gallon of less fuel at each fill up. We both thought the Ford felt less stress pulling the 4K pound trailer. The difference in the fuel could be the 4 by 4.
