Yes, you will need to retrain the TPMS.

1. Get a big a$$ magnet or purchase one from amazon. Search for tpms magnet.
2. Turn key to run position then back to off position.
3. Cycle 3 times, ending at ON. (corrected)
4. Press Brake, release pedal.
5. Turn Key to run and cycle three times again, this time on the 3rd cycle you will hear the horn beep once.
6. Follow the info screen, should say something like TRAIN LEFT TPMS.
7. Place magnet on left TPMS sensor, and wait for horn to beep twice.
8. Follow info screen, when all is done, you will hear 2 beeps that indicate all is good.

Added note.. Maybe the 2003 will not work on the 2007 models.. You will need to match the correct color tpms sensor to your year. There is blue and black tpms sensor or gen 1 and 2. Not sure which sensor is required for your year..
