Trying to install a set of 2024 Expy Timberline wheels & tires. I think I need to determine the tpms id's for the new sensors and plug them into the slots for FL, FR, RR, RL ... Relearn seems to be more like ignore...

Hi not sure if this helps but I’m currently shopping for an extra set of tons sensors for our 2024 limited. Ive come to learn that the 2024 model year now uses the 433mhz sensor vs the old 315mhz. Not sure if the 23’s still had the older 315mhz system but that might be your issue.

My expedition (and the last few vehicles I've had) seem to do it automatically. When I swap winter tires or rotate it updates itself in a few miles.

I have have an Autel scanner. When I got new wheels and tires with new sensors I scanned the original’s IDs and copied over to the new sensors.

I couldn't believe it but had to purchase the below tool to trigger the new sensors for the body module to accept it. My 2018’s tire pressure sensors went bad, the batteries died. I purchased the sensors new from the Ford dealer and not matter what I did, I could not get the body module to accept the new sensors until I used this tool. I even tried using an Autel tool via the OBD and no luck! There’s some YouTube videos on how to use it.
