Anything on the '17 I should be aware of? Peculiarities, trouble spots? From what I've seen their reliability is excellent.

Any tips / techniques would be appreciated.

Not really, no... some rumors about not using injector cleaner type additives in gas tank I think?

it's practically brand new anyway. And still a kissing cousin of the F150 in all the areas where it matters, so it'll last a good long while ad be cheap to maintain

Well.. there is the usual Ford issue, with dim puny, sh!tty bulbs installed all around, but most are easily replaced

I think you will be very happy with the mpg gain. Mine went up around 4mpg from my '11 to the '17.

We need to keep pushing for better gas mileage. Yes, it will cost each of us a bit more but I believe we need to do what we can to lessen the impact of fossil fuels.
