Transfer Case Shift Motor Relays ??

99 EB, 5.4...............Where exactly are the 4x4 shift motor relays at under the dash ?? Almost right on schedule, my 4x4 stopped working about 3yrs after replacing the shift motor. So I replaced it again, but now when I selected 4Hi, I hear a lot of clicking under the dash (which is new), and it eventually went into 4wd. However, it will not come back out. I still hear a lot of clicking under the dash, but the 4Hi light stays on, and it's definitely still in 4wd. I assume there is a relay issue, but I cannot see them at all when I look under the dash.

Well anyway, about a week or so after posting this, I started the truck, and the shift motor disengeged, and it came out of 4wd. When checking it again, I would hear a lot of clicking under the dash for about 3-5 seconds, then it would engage 4wd. The same when taking it out of 4wd. It acted like that about 3 weeks, now it does nothing when trying to engage 4wd......no clicking, no dash lights, no nothing.

Ideas ?????
