Hello,

I want to change the oil filter of the transmission on my '98 5.4 EB 2WD.
How can I tell what kind a filter I need?
There are so many choices......

Hope to hear from you guys

On the autoparts store (like Advanced Auto or Autozone), they list the filters they have. For my year, they list 2, and seperate them by the number of bolts (like 14 compared to 20 or something like that).

I take it there are none over there in the Netherlands?

Here on Curacao I don't know if they are in stock.
Luckely they had the front wheel bearings because they made a hell of a noise today, changed them just a couple of hours ago.

On topic.
I will check some sites first and the partsstore here asked me what kind of pan I had, counting the bolts will help then I think.

Thanx
