I'm trying to remove the subwoofer that came with my 97 EB Expedition but I cant figure out how to remove the rear panel hiding the enclosure. Is there a write up or something that I can check out to help me remove that panel? Any trick to it that I dont know about? TIA

Very simple, just a lot of steps

1. Remove the two safety belt bolts (one is a torx size 47 [rear passenger] and the other is a hex nut [cargo area for 3rd seat, if applicable])
2. Remove the door sill from the passenger side rear door
3. Pull off the trim piece to the left of the passenger side cargo window
4. Pull off the two trim pieces that goes across the top and bottom of the cargo door
5. Unscrew the 2 cargo net holder plastic bolts to the right of the car jack
6. Remove the seat belt attached to the cargo floor (if applicable)
7. Under the cargo area carpet there is one or two screws that actually hold that panel to the floor

Done.
