I have to update what I stated as I messed up my memory. I was re-read information from LokiWolf. He does NOT like 5-Star. Luckily there was another site that offers the SCT AND the MPT turners, so I have a choice between them. The MPT is $250 more. The website says 110 HP gain. I find that hard to believe (it is against an F150, but the right year for this motor) with everything else being stock.
