Turn key nothing but dash

Help 2003 Expedition 5.4. No start with key. Replaced starter, battery, ignition. Blew 30 amp fuse once. Intermittent starts but no longer.

If I remove the 30 amp fuse to the starter and put it back in it would start occasionally. I removed the fuse panel, cleaned the wires, didn’t really need it. Now nothing.

Is it the original fuse box as far as you know ? Check the top right relay ( PCM Relay ). Inspect it and the socket it plugs into for melted plastic. You can swap that relay for one of the other two there along the top row just to see if you get a response or a start. Very common on the original fuse boxes of that year to burn the fuel pump relay and the PCM relay. Ford came out with a revised fuse box later to eliminate the problem.
