My wife turned the expedition off to wait for the kids at the bus stop. When she went to start it it would only turn over but not run. l have changed the fuel pump relay, a burned out 30 amp fuse #101, and fuel filter for good measure. I am not sure what to do next. I cant get any codes because i cant get the expedition to run. PLEASE HELP!!

OH YEA!! When I turn the key to the on position. I hear all the usual clicks and sounds except that the abs brake module(i think) makes a boing sound 10 seconds after i turn the key.
Could the brake module not allow the truck to start if it was malfunctioning?

There are plenty of "no start" threads on here for your reading enjoyment.

How fast is the theft light blinking?

Don't know what year/model you talking about, but I just went thru the same crank but no start deal. Ended up having a new fuel pump put in. Was almost expected since mine was an 01 5.4 with over 265K miles. Mine would start sometimes. I learned to turn the key on an off listening for the fuel pump to start. Was barely audible when it came on. When I did hear it, I would crank and it would fire up.
One thing you can check is the cut off switch behind the passenger kick panel on the side. It senses a crash and shuts off power to the pump. You can push it back in to re-engage it. Another check it to measure the 12 volts at that switch. Its only there briefly when turning the key on if the motor doesn't start (two man job, one to crank and one to watch the meter). If you see 12 volts there, then you can assume the pump is getting power.
Other than that, go for the basics, if you got fuel, spark, and timing, you should have a fire.
