U3000-04 Control Module : System Internal Failure 2011 Expedition XLT

Hi, is anyone familiar with this error code?
U3000-04 Control Module : System Internal Failure

I can't find proper information anywhere.
Haynes manual has only P codes.
Online research suggested ABS system problems OR RCM OR Power Steering. So which one is it and how serious it can be?
I did not detect other problems during a test drive. No warning lighs on the dashboard (no check engine light no ABS light and ABS does work).
Any help is appreciated.

If I am correct that is the same code I have in my BCM for the Puddle Lamp Failure. The internal transistor that controls the puddle lamps on my BCM is shot, and I have that code permanently in my BCM unless I replace it. Are there any other codes showing on your expedition?
