Unlocks itself, dome lights stay on, NO door ajar light?

2007 Expedition: after locking vehicle (either with key fob OR manually), the vehicle unlocks itself and dome lights plus headlights come on. Headlights go off after a minute as it should but ALL DOME LIGHTS stay on. *****NO "DOOR AJAR" light on in the dash.**** Opened and shut all doors and back hatch plus glass in hatch, problem has not improved. I used the dimmer switch to shut the interior lights off completely but battery drains overnight regardless.

Most likely gem module or fuse box.
