Hey everyone,

I know this is not the wright topic but I will give it a try.
I'm looking for a second car because the wrecked my VW Golf here, it drives but that is al to say and the insurance pays shit.
Can anyone tell me what brand in the US is cheap and reliable? I'm looking for something around 3k-4k max. I saw some exclusive cars on a website, cars.com for not that much money but I have to buy on a distance and don't know shit about the carmarket in the USA.
Is carfax reliable??

Is anyone willing to help me with some info??

Carfax is very reliable if the owner had the work repaired by a reputable dealer. Big things like accidents most likely were repaired at a shop.

are you buying from the states and having it shipped? how old of a vehicle are you looking to get? 2 door/4 door? give us some specifics of what you are looking for.

I'm interested in 2 cars and the MB is #1 and it has to shipped to Curacao.

- Mercedes-Benz E-430 (4.3L V8) 1998 174,000 Miles $2,499 accident reported according to carfax.

- Volvo S80 T6 2001 124,000 Miles $3,995
The cars look great on the pictures, don't know how reliable that is.

Both cars are in Miami near the port everglades so transport isn't to difficult.
