Vehicle ID HELP please

I'm looking at a 2006 Navigator and the owner doesn't know if has the heavy duty towing option that I need. She sent me the door sticker and it looks like it has the 3.73 rear end but what about the rest of the stuff included in the heavy duty package. Can someone read and decode the info on the attached sticker and help me out please.

take the vin number and go to ford etis.com you will be able to see what was on the expy when built
