Vehicle off, key out blower still blowing

Please help, I have a 2000 Expedition tonight it started acting up it was driven to work, turned off and the blower kept blowing. Turn the car back on and the blower goes off unles I turned AC back on. At first when I put it in gear the AC and radio turned off automaticly put it in park they came back on.
Had to disconnect batt tonight in order for blower to go off.

by blower do you mean the AC fan motor?

Have you done any electrical work lately?
