vibration and low oil in message center in run postionpressure

when turn my key to the run postion it says low oil pressure and i feelm avibrate when driving the suv all the time

If the oil pressure message and gauge is low and stays low while you drive you may have a serious problem. If that's the case, you shouldn't be running it. Someone has to put a real gauge on it and test the actual oil pressure.
