Wanting to replace factory sub

I'm wanting to replace the factory sub with something louder. Wondering what other guys have done with their factory nav on replacing it with an aftermarket double den. I use it as a family car so taking up all the cargo space would be out of the question I like the stealth box I seen another user put in his ride but I looked on the jl website and the one that was on there was different any help would be appreciated..
