So I have been thinking about getting a "Throttle Body Spacer"for my Expo which should supposedly improve throttle response and fuel mileage. Has anyone ever used one and if so, noticed any change or improvement?

Too many threads about this...

Try search function???

In a nutshell, waste of money. Remember that your Expy is fuel injected. Throttle body spacer is useless.

Don't feel too bad, the search function doesn't always work properly. I do agree with the other posts though, I have never read anyone that reported any type of gain other than a whistle sound with the TB spacer. Look into the Gott's mod. That is something you will actually somewhat feel.

Secret search function:

Go to google, type in Gott's mod (or whatever you are searching) and then add site:expeditionforum.com

So it looks like _______________ site:expeditionforum.com

That will search the threads much more effectively than the forum search engine, which just selects the most recent posts which sometimes don't even have responses.

Thanks for the info...I have seen that mod but how does that compare to changing the whole intake kit?

It's cheaper. If you are willing to pony up the cash for doing a cold air intake, they do look nice. But they pull in hot engine air (name is just a selling tactic) so I just like my air drawn from the fender
