Watching rear DVD on front Head Unit??

Is it possible to have what's playing on the rear entertainment system, displayed on the front Head Unit?

I know this is an old dead question, but it wasn't answered, and I want to know the answer, lol.

I haven't found a way to watch video on the other unit .. regardless of which unit I'm using. DVD up front, nothing in the back. DVD in the back, only controls up front..
