While filling the windshield washer fluid I noticed this loose plug.

There doesn’t seem to be anything disconnected.

Any idea what’s it for?

Thanks

Alex

That connects the flux capacitor to the wormhole logic module. Beeeeeeeeee careful.

Sorry bout that. It looks like an O2 sensor connection.

Thanks, if it was an O2 sensor would I not get an error on start up?

Because right now I don’t get any trouble codes.

Does your Expy have air suspension? I seem to remember a connector like that going to the compressor for the air suspension system. The location would be passenger side directly in front of the battery, so looks like the right area. If you converted from airbags to shocks (like I did) you may no longer need the connection

Nope no air suspension.

The mystery continues.

Actually, that my be additional support for my theory. If you had air suspension and this was not connected, the air suspension would probably not work. With shocks, I think this is a useless connection.

I'm sticking to my story (until proven wrong, haha). That's a oxygen sensor connector. Check your sensor and see where the wire goes? It should be running richer if demated. Don't know about throwing any codes.

Will do but are you saying that that connector is wired to a location near the battery and the other end is wired to the sensor at the catalytic converter?
