If I would have known about this stuff a few years ago.. I'd still have my stock rims too. They'd just be black now. I did my Jeep's stock rims, and they look so badass now. You can kinda see it in the background.

I tried to replicate the same conditions and driving style as a few weeks ago when I tested the Gotts mod + K&N filter: cruising at 70 mph from a cold start on a chilly day (45F), winter tires, RPMs around 1900-2000.
I didn't drive as aggressively as I sometimes do, but I wasn't hypermiling either. I tried to drive just like last time. Got 14 MPG that time and 17.1 now.
Mind you, this was the mileage displayed by the trip computer and the drive was fairly short, so the data is probably not the most accurate. I'll check the real mileage at the pump. Got a 900mile trip in may and by that time I'll have my summer tires on and the weather will hopefully be much warmer.
Let's see by how much I can beat last year's record of 19.5 mpg (hypermiling without any mods)

I posted my expy on craigslists. Someone called wanting to view it. So I meet them love mine so much buying it in the next day or 2. Then I at least get them out of their rice burner and get them into some American ride. We have 9 cars in are driveway right now. I am going to miss her but I am thinking of the money. I will have to buy another sometime. I will probably drive the grand Prix for a week or 2 then I am off to las Vegas for 2 months.

Yeah getting it fixed for them. I hate people that are dishonest like the person we bought are plow truck from we have spent 4000 on it so far. :! And same with this expedition I have spent 1500 on and only owned it since December. I even checked it over and had my mechanic. Really makes me not want to buy used again.

Removed the radio and ran the cassette tape wire out the back of the radio then attached a 6ft headphone extender wire to the cassette wire, ran it through my truck so it ended up in my center storage thinger so now my ipod is out of the way and i am no longer irritated by the cord hanging out of my radio unit. Next thing to do, install a power hook up inside the center storage thinger so i can charge my ipod and not take up one of the two 12 volt outlets. Its a good thing i am going to school for mechanical engineering to make this easier, oh, wait a second...... maybe not.
ordered my Edge Evo HT for it, can not wait. Was really tough to decide between edge, superchips, or SCT - but i do not plan on doing any engine mods, so i figured "canned" was the best solution for me. Just hoping to get a little more off the line and better throttle response. Loving the new Expy though.
Received my Haynes repair manual and my Wolo air horns.
Now, before you laugh about the air horns, yes I know it's a $30 toy and they sound squeaky as shit with that tiny compressor. But they sound pretty good if you power them from a compressed air can, which I plan to do (got a few ideas on how to make the setup look good).

The deal feel through with the person that was intrested in it. So now I showed it to someone else they dont know if they want it. Then someone emailed me wanting to trade a 2004 audi a4 quattro.
Received my 6ft audio jack to RCA cable and hooked it up to the AUX inputs on the overhead DVD. The routed the cable down through the driver side B pillar, behind the drivers seat and to the center console. I can now play music or listen to online radio from my iPhone if I want to. No more changing CDs
Next plan is to buy a composite iPhone TV out cable and play the kids movies (and my music/radio) from the iphone instead of having my armrest filled with their DVDs.
