I had a dead battery last week and needed a jump. I don't like that most modern car's voltage meters are missing the numbers. Had an old voltage meter lying around so I installed it. Couldn't find a mounting bracket so I used an spray paint can lid and mounted it to the lower console with 3m double sided tape.

Dude, it would be so hard for alaskanexpy to get here. All that snow in his way. Plus polar bear attacks are on the rise. Your better off making a remote control robot and then alaskanexpy can control it from the comfort of his home and wash all of our trucks. That sounds like a fair plan to me. My truck still has some rust staining from a blown rotor. I will see if i can still find it. I was at school and unable to get to brakes and when i finally got around to it, one side of my front rotor had worn away and was down to the vents. All the metal filings got on my truck and rusted and left some staining. It is slowly coming off as i chip away at it every so often.

Gave it a bath after a nice trip to the beach and playing in the sand.

Not bad looking for an '03.

We even averaged 17 mpg on the way there and back. Not while there though...

I hope everyone had an enjoyable and safe Labor Day!

washed my '11 in the rain last night, ran wire to feed the video from the factory reverse camera into my kenwood dnx7190hd. installed a new rear cap on my xenon modified headlights to try to prevent moisture.

Just came back from a 1000 mile road trip through Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Mostly on smaller highways and backroads, tried to avoid interstates as much as possible.
She performed flawlessly. Averaged 16 mpg.
I need to give it a thorough wash and vacuum cleaning. She's filthy.

Replaced the original headlamp bulbs with Philips X-treme ones after removing the grill guard. Headlamps are significantly brighter now. Next up: fix odometer.
