I plan on doing something with the stock sub and spealers eventually. Haven't decided if I want to do the JL stealth box or buy a new 8" sub and replace the stock amp. Mostly I just want something that isn't going to turn the bass volume down when I turn the volume up. But for now, I don't care.

I just installed some 6x8 4 way bass speakers in all foru doors and it sound really good. I am running a 500w kenwood to them tho and a 800w fosgat to my 15. I dont ever have the 15 in there tho because I like the room in the back

Installed some led reverse beams, different than led bulbs, these led bulbs are the same as my h3 led bulbs lol. I figure if I need light in the rear for any reason I got plenty now.

I also changed the spark plugs... Nightmare job!!

I got the two map light LED bulbs today. Last of the LEDs I needed to do =D they are side firing and super bright. The attached picture is from my cellphone with the LEDs as the only light source, outside in the dark.

Made progress yesterday and today with cleaning the interior. as is to be expected with a $400 purchase she was pretty neglected cosmetically. Here are some pics of the process. I've currently put the seats back in w/o the carpet, tomorrow I'm going to head over to the local coin car wash and use their pressure washer to clean it better. today though I bought some awesome and straight ammonia and mean green to go over the interior panels and floor trim and what a difference it made. the color is coming back nicely and is actually tolerable. when summer time gets here I will pull the seats back out and pressure wash them.

she will be like new someday I hope :D

You are a brave man.

I am afraid to pull my interior apart and of what I would find if i did (well, that, and I am very lazy)

Had the truck almost a year now, and an old butter knife slide out from under the front passenger seat the other day. I really do not want to know what else is under there... :uhoh2:

Actually it's not too difficult. I've done it once before on a lesabre where I had even less room for the front seats and they were both power and had airbags in them. you will need a breaker bar or cheater bar for the front seat torx bolts, a 15 mm and 17mm and a larger torx bit for the front seats and a good day of time if you plan to reinstall everything same day. also, a can of pb blaster to clear the rust from the bolts before re insert will help the next owner remove them if he/she does it again 10 years down the road.

Maybe you'll find a ton of corroded quarters and dimes like I did. ;) I can't wait to get the pressure washer on it tomorrow. I'm going to bring a couple brushes and spray it with soap and scrub it in real well to help it smell better. I've already sprayed some ammonia and awesome on it to soak overnight.
