I wrote a check to my dealer....tranny flush, brake fluid flush, p/s flush, coolant flush, synthetic oil change, freon charge/top off, wiper blades. Whew! Im tired!

You probably are after working all those hours to cover a bill at dealer rates. :D

I betrayed her with a 2012 Gator L

Looks like I can look forward to redoing most of my mods and DIY service stuff

Nice truck and well-equipped, but daaaaamn is the lighting on it SAD

Also:
1) column shift was SO much better (OK, that one's more of an SSV thing)
2) what m0r0n at Lincoln decided that luxier versions didn't need door card cupholders????

Like seriously, it was all-benefit, zero cost....why why WHY remove it from the design?

I missed the column shifter from my old SUV the first moment I shifted my Expedition into D.

I much prefer the column shift in the Suburban. Not a fan of center console shifters.

Decided I would hold onto it for another year. To much cool stuff coming out in 2019 & 2020.

The new Silverado/Sierra may make me ditch Ford. The new Bronco has me intrigued.

What i miss MOST is the ability to kick off my sandals and stretch out into passenger seat (or just sit sideways or whatever)

There's a reason there's sufficient demand for column shift that they keep making work truck versions with it --- console all the way down the center and shifter on it keep you boxed up in a tiny space in an otherwise ginormous truck

If you ever have to sit and wait for anything, or take a break from driving pulled over somewhere, you'll quickly learn that just sitting around boxed in like that is pretty frikkin exhausting, bad for circulation, etc.

Suburban still has crap inbetween the seats nonetheless though, right?

Either give me a gap or a middle jump seat making the front benchlike...or better yet, tumbleable middle jump seat for a bit of both
