What should I look for?

We are looking to purchase a 1999 Expedition EB with around 60k miles to replace our 1988 F-250. Are there things I should be looking for that have been a problem in the 99's. Consumer Report listed electrical as an issue but have seen a lot of comments on that subject. We are also looking at the 5.4 L engine because we plan on pulling a 27' trailer.
