Performance Accessories makes the body lift and Gap Guards for our Expedirtions. Mine was around $200, and $80 for the gap guards. I have a wrecked back, so I had mine installed in a shop for about $700.

With the Body lift and a torsion bar crank in the front and 2 inch spacers in the back, I easily fit 35's. You can do some trimming if you don't want to crank your torsion bars, and you should still be able to stuff 35's in there. But the torsion crank is free and only takes 2 or 3 minutes to do.

Crazy, you can fit 35x12.5's on 8" wide rims (with 4.5" backspacing) and have full use of the truck and twist it up as much as you want. You step up to 9 or 10" wide rims and you may find that you will get rubbing during off-angle turns and whatnot. To have unlimited range with 9 and 10" wide rims, you need to step down to 33x11.5 tires. If you have 9" wide rims, you might be able to get away with 34x12.0" tires.

I have a 4" suspension lift and am running 37x12.5's. This in theory can be done with only a 3" body lift, but there is MUCH!!!!!! more that needs to be done to the truck to make this setup work. Not to mention that you need very specific things. You miss any one thing and you will have major rubbing on your hands. The big one is taking a 3 pound hammer to the front wheel wells!!!! I am not joking. Then there is cutting the front bumper. Probably more than you are willing to do unless you have metal working experience.
