I'm looking under my 2018 Limited 302A max 4x4 and there is a HUGE gap under the front area of the engine. I live in Northern Wisconsin and drive in deep snow and bash thru drifts often in the winter. I'm wondering if any of the other factory skid plates will fill this area and block the easy access of the snow into the front of the engine and a direct shot at the belt and such? I don't plan on off-roading and hitting anything major, so I really just want the front closed in more from the bottom. Its crazy how open that area is......

I tried searching for the thread where guys posted part number and pictures, but I wasn't sure if any of those plates actually cover this area that I am looking to cover.

If you really just want the front most skid that closes up the big gap between the radiator and the engine, this is the one you're after. I can't remember if it's the 5D032A or 5D032B part number shown on the invoice below since I bought both, but your parts guy should be able to confirm. All the other skids are included in the thread as well.

Check out post #32 on the following thread: https://www.expeditionforum.com/threads/adding-skid-plates-to-2018-limited-with-tow-package.38146/

On the parts list is shows 2 skid plates listed. One at $52 and one at $137. Do I need both of these for closing in just this front area? Just making sure before I order anything.....

Just confirm with your parts guy if it's the 5D032A or 5D032B part number. One is the front skid and the other is the skid that covers the front diff. I can't remember which is which since I bought both at the same time.

I also checked my invoice and the two small standoff mounting brackets for the front skid plate are JL1Z*6G079A and JL1Z*6G079B and both have a list price of $9.22 each. Must have missed that on the invoice photo that I included.
