I agree with you thereI think the expedition as we know it is done. I have a feeling they are going to do the same type of thing that both GM and Chrysler have done and do away with full frame suv's. I also think rear wheel drive in suv's is done as well.: bawl:.

I heard rumblings of the Navigator getting the 3.5L Ecoboost, so that means the Expedition will probably also get it. I don't think Ford is looking to kill off the Expedition, this just happens to be a long cycle, much like the 7yr cycle they did with the 2nd Gen Explorers (95-01). I have a feeling we'll see a redesigned Expedition for 2014 with some of the features currently available in the F150 such as hill descent control, and the upgraded vehicle information center. Full size SUVs are still a big seller and Ford isn't going to risk losing market share to GM since GM won't be killing the Tahoe/Yukon anytime soon.
