I want to buy a pair of American racing 17x8 wheels with 0 offset and plan to mount my stock 265-70-17 tires on them. Will there be any issues with mounting or rubbing if I install this wheel package.

This is the wheel I want to install.

Seeing as the factory offset is +14mm I wouldn't think you'd have much of any issues, only because you'd be effectively moving the entire wheel and tire assembly 1.4cm inward toward the frame of the truck. You might notice a slight rub on the swaybar or inner wheelwell though many (including myself) run wider tires and have no issues.

One thing to consider is you are in effect narrowing your stance by almost 3cm which would theoretically have an effect on handling, though likely not noticeable. If it were me I'd install spacers to make up for the difference (which most will have some input on regarding type/whether or not to even do so), or get a different wheel with the correct offset.

I have the American Racing Baja's 16 x 8 on mine with the 4.5 backspacing and 0 offset. I am running 315/75/16 and have a 5 inch lift. I don't think it narrowed my stance at all, and I don't have any wheel spacers... I kind of wished now that I went the 10 inch width instead to get a little more width sticking out, but I like em. Here's a pic of it where you can see the stance.

EDIT: Just found these old pics. I guess they did suck in quite a bit when I had my old 265's on there. They actually did narrow the stance a bit.

And same rims with the lift and 265's...

Which is why I quickly upgraded to the 315's a few days after the lift.... same rims just waaaaay wider tires.

So I stand corrected. lol.

I have the lightning 18x9 with 285 60 18s, they are close to the frame rail in the back. I did notice the e-brake cable on the drivers side was very close. Repositioned it and flattened it out a bit. No issues now.
