Wheel offset?

Hey everyone, I've been a member of the forum for awhile now, but I haven't posted before. At least not that I can remember. I have tried using the search feature so please forgive my ignorance if this subject has been covered already.

I have a 2006 4wd XLT, I am about to do the eBay "lift kit" and want to upgrade my wheels when I buy my new tires. I am curious what common offsets look like on our trucks? I want my setup to stick out just slightly more than stock. Absolute maximum would be flush with the factory fender flares. If anyone knows the range I should be looking in that would be greatly appreciated and if someone has pictures to show what a given offset looks like compared to the width of the truck that would be amazing.

I'm running +1 offset with 35x12.5 tires.

Just to add... when I was trying to decide on wheel offsets I spent a lot of time looking thru the Custom Offset gallery. Seeing what different offsets looked like on the Expeditions.

I got 17x9 -12 offset wheels with 35.12.50 tires.
The first 2 pictures is what it looks like flush with the outer fender.
The 3rd an 4th pictures is with 2" hub centric wheel spacers.the sit roughly 2" out past the fenders..

Who makes that front bumper? Is for the Expedition?

I got my front bumper from WAM Bumpers also. I live like 1 hour from them so I went and picked it up.
Yes it's for a 03-06 Expedition.
