I really need a new set of wheels for the expy, seeing how i am running 12.50s on 7.5s I dont think its very good for the tires $$$$ not to mention the rubbing on the frame and sway bar hahah.
Anyway Im wondering what width & backspacing I should get Id really like it if I could get the tires to poke out from the wheel wells like most of the trucks around here do, I have seen trucks around here with 35x12.50s and 37x1250s that have from 1" to 4" of tire out side the wheelwell...
I really like that look and I know i could always get some 2" spacers or whatever but I really dont want to have to do that so what size wheels should i get? They need to be 17" btw

any back spacing you want. also i love the style and its a bead lock, or you can go with the street locks that are a little cheaper, my friend has those on his truck, they look okay, but i know they arent real bead locks. haha

as for backspacing idk why you would want. 4.5 is the rule of thumb on a 8" wide rim. these are 7.5 wide. but if you want wider then go for a 4" or 3" back spacing. but no less than that.

It depends on how far you want them to stick out and what size rim width you want to run. Example, A 17x10 wheel with stock backspacing will move your outside wheel edge 2.5" farther out than it is now. Let me know what wheel width you want and how much farther stick out than your stockers you are looking for and I can give you the backspacing you are looking for.

i just want them to stick out past the wheel wells (then it'll get dirty when I go mudding) so i guess 3" or 3.5" more than stock
