Where to find LED lights

Was thinking about replacing all stock bulbs inside and adding the blue LED bulbs in... Does anyone know a good place to get them? Also my rear defroster plug piece looks like it got burnt , so i was told i have to replace the whole back window, Is this true? what options do i have..
