Which rear air suspension to coil conversion should I purchase for a 2011 Navigator?

Looking for suggestions / past experiences etc. for which air to coil kit should I buy for my 2011 Navigator?

How is the air suspension warning system bypasssed with these conversions?
It appears that Arnott is the only source that has a bypass module mentioned in the desription.

I'd prefer the Monroe set due to costs as long as I can bypass the warning system.

I used Arnott because it came with the bypass module. I was very happy with the ride quality of their shocks/springs. This was in my old 2009 Limited.

An online comment said it was not a "installs in a few minutes" job they said it was.

Received the Arnott conversion springs struts. I found a helpful video for installing them as the Arnott installation manual online is lacking a lot od details. Most helpfull was the suggestion that someone stand on the rotor hub to gain that litlle bit of extra room to install it. See that at 15:12 on this video.

Q: How hard is it to install the bypass module?

There's a little bit of very basic wiring involved.

Does it require cutting wires or using splice connectors to attach the module? Or, are there crimp on connectors that would allow the module to be plugged directly into the removed connector?

Been a long time, but I believe you just plug their module into the vehicle plug which you remove from the air suspension module which is under the dash next to the emergency brake. You don't have to cut any wires.

Found one possible down side to the Arnott coil conversion. Seem like it may have lifted the rear end enough where it unloaded the rear wheels under braking.We slid pretty badly going down an off ramp in the rain the other day. Never happened with the air springs.

After installing the conversion spring / struts, I noticed in colder weather I'm getting a squeek / groan noise from the rear end when driving over speed bumps. What would cause this and are there any fixes for this?

I have had the Arnott struts installed for 1.5 years now and I haven't had any braking issues. It did take a bit for the coils to settle. The ride quality is very similar to the air suspension.

My guesses are, top nut fasteners are not torqued, lower shock nut not torqued or torqued when vehicle was raised instead of at ride height or the spring isn't sitting in the strut cups with the rubber padding right.

I’ve been happy with the arnott conversion. No problems with it. It smoothed out the bouncing after speedbumps that I experienced with the stock air ride. This is what the module looks like FYI.
