I am looking for a finned differential cover for my 17 Expy. I can't find one.

I see ones for F150's but they have a solid read axle.

Anyone here know of one?

I think you’re SOL because the cover has mounting ears on it due to the IRS.

Plus you have about zero space between the IRS and the cover as is. The fins would have to extend out and I just don’t see it fitting.
The fins would have to be so short you would likely see no added heat dissaption.

Do you think you are cooking your fluid?

I don't think I am cooking my fluid but I am always over cautious with things. I added this to my 2013 Mustang GT along with a finned transmission pan. https://www.steeda.com/steeda-mustang-finned-differential-cover-fill-drain-plugs-555-8142.html

Explorer Tom - those are great videos. The finned diff cover for my mustang does not change how the inside of the pan is made; only fins are added. They are already installed on GT500's from the factory.

I am sure someone makes one for our differentials. Maybe need to look at the GT350 Mustang because it has an independent rear suspension?

I looked around, and despite what you’d expect, the GT350 and GT350R both use an 8.8” IRS. Even if it was a 9.75”, the design is radically different from ours.
I can’t find any other vehicle in the Ford Co lineup that uses a 9.75” IRS, making the differential cover 100% unique to the Expy/Navi twins, and we all know how aftermarket support for our trucks is.
