I got around to changing my fuel filter today, chopped it open to see whats up. and well ill let the pics speak for them selves

Btw that brown crap is gas

I also fixed my vacuum leak, cleaned my Maf sensor, changed my air filter. My Check engine light hasn't come back on for having a lean bank yet (usually would come back on after about 20 miles after clearing)

Yeah there is that. I just got my expedition a few months ago, so its not like that from me. I'm real **** about changing filters/Fluids. The day I got it I had a coolant flush done. Before it snows im going to change transfer case fluid/diff's.

Also as a word of caution, don't use fram air filters for a expy, I found dirt on the inside of mine. I bought a puralator one and it's sealed up 10X better than the fram.
