winch and bumper

so, looking for input on front winch mounts. ideally would like a bull/push bar with an integrated winch carrier, the warn setup seems really bulky and multifit.. . So far I'm liking the idea of the warn hidden setup. its $199, keeps the winch out of the weather for the most part and away from prying eyes. but will it work with any bull bar? I dont think so....so what do you winch guys run?

I have a detours backbone winch carrier on my heep, Does anyone do anything like this:

A few people on the forum have the hidden setup, and I haven't heard any complaints.
