I'm interested to see what you did to the tailpipe.

I just painted mine black (with high temp paint) and put on a chrome slash cut tip on it.

I have not done anything yet, but I have a stainless steel 22" exhaust tip on order from a local muffler shop. I should have it done by the end of this week. I will post a
picture of it once it is installled.

Was it easy to remove the stock roof rack and bolt on the Navi rack? Is the Navi rack from the current Navigator or the previous Navigator?

Looks like we've almost got the same truck!

Where are you located? I'm in California!

It was super easy to remove the stock roof rack and install the Navi rack Just use a star wrench to unscrew the screws, remove old, replace new rack and screw on with the same screws. Simple. I'm in Mississippi.

Jim,
This is one of the best Billet Grilles out there for the 2003-04 Expy. My Photo does not do it any justice at all because of the overcast of the clouds that day and camera quality. No Sun at all. These babys really do shine and show with some sunshine. The Billet Grilles is by B-Cool billets. It can be purchased from www. prostreetlighting.com
Here is a picture of what it really looks like!!!!! This is how mines shines with proper lighting.

I would suggest 22" rims I have them on my expo and it really didn't change mey ride at all. Plus the 20" rims look to small on a full size SUV IMO. I love the trim and roof rack. I will definitely be doing that to my expo. By the way if you go with the 22" rims make sure you get 305/45/R22 tires. They dont rub and still have about 5-6" of rubber around the rim. How much did it cost for both the roof rack and door trim?
