xlt 03 expedition click sound outside of vehicle

Im driving at low speeds of 5 miles to 10 miles an hour and hear a clicking sound outside the vehicle. What could this be? CV joints ?

does it happen when you turn the wheel? could be something just rubbing against something...look underneath and check it out...

Just a quick obvious question you've probably already checked...is there a pebble or something stuck in the tread of one of your tires? This happened to me once and it took me a week to figure out where the noise was coming from! Since you can only hear it at low speeds this could be the culprit!
