Alright guys so here is my update sorry it took so long but the weather has been crap. so i pulled the the plug on the fuel pump and tested the ohms of the pump it self. the reading i got was about 1 to 1.5 ohms. From what i could find out a good fuel pump should read between 3 to 5 ohms out the box. so in my pass exp. low ohms is just as bad if not worse as too high of ohms. so i got a new fuel pump and replaced it.the old looked like the original and my expy has 144*** miles on it. once i got everything back together it started right up, no problems with it miss firing or throwing codes. Its running really good now so if anyone else is having the same problem i was i would test your fuel pump

Glad to hear you are all fixed and rolling again.

9 times out of 10 when a relay blows, melts, gets hot, the device the relay feeds is drawing too much current and causing the heat problem. And 9 out of 10 times that item is bad, the other one time its wiring or connections on the item.
