When I checked it yesterday it was about 55psi when the compressor was on, and the engine was cold. Ambient temperature was about 75.- daveplot

It was cycling about every 5 seconds, I could see it on the pressure gauge too. I'll double check the pressure tomorrow, and bring back the readings I was getting. The chart the can had was based off ambiant temperature. Based off this post...- daveplot

03 Expedition A/C Problem
On my 03 Expedition the air conditioning isn't cooling. My first thought was to get a recharge can from the auto parts store. But when I did that, and checked the pressure with the built-in gauge, the PSI were in the correct range, based off the chart on the can, so no recharge was needed...- daveplot

Is my 98 Expy better offroad than a 2004 Expy?
My passenger did, there was a TSB for the weather stripping and door latch problem. They fixed it. I have 16k on mine now.- daveplot

Then you should get that looked at...they arn't ment to rattle. The weather stripping probably needs to be replaced or adjusted.- daveplot

The old hidden key under the bumper trick
On a friends truck I put the spare key on a key ring that was screwed to the frame under the truck in a remote place, then taped with duct tape so it won't rattle. It has the advantage of no one knowing where it is, and it won't fall off.- daveplot
